Margherita Pizza

Ingredients:

Cirio Pizza Sauce 250g

Plain Pizza Crust or Pizza dough 1 (approximately 10 inches)

Mozzarella cheese 180g

Handful of fresh basil

Serves 5 persons

Instructions:

1) Spread a layer of Cirio pizza sauce over the dough.

2) Add the mozzarella cheese and top with fresh basil.

3) Preheat oven at 180◦C, put into oven and bake for 10 minutes or until the pizza is nicely browned.

4) Remove from oven. Allow the pizza to cool for a minute. Slices into pieces and serve immediately.
